Position Details

• Role: Pet Care Attendant
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience 
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm with rotating weekend shifts

What You’ll Do

• Let your passion for excellent patient care shine — every day
• Communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence

• Provide daily compassionate care to pets, including feeding, watering, and exercising

• Monitor animals regularly for any changes in behavior or health and alert veterinary staff as needed

• Clean and disinfect kennels, runs, litter boxes, kitty condos, and surrounding areas

• Keep food and storage areas clean and organized

• Administer medications to boarding pets as directed

• Bathe dogs and cats as needed

• Wash, dry, and organize bedding and hospital laundry

• Communicate clearly and kindly with pet owners during check-in and check-out

• Label and record all pets’ belongings and medications accurately
